Compact and practical for construction sites where space is limited. The PTH162 Nifty Lift provides 16m of working height, 8.5m maximum outreach and room for up to three people in its 325kg basket. A good fit for residential roofing, electrical work and other metro building services.

PTH351 | 35m Socage TJ35

The PTH351 combines 35m of working height with up to 24m of horizontal outreach, making it particularly useful when you can't position directly below the work area. Mounted on the IVECO T-Way 4x4, it's a strong option for multi-storey facade work and structural construction with next level capability for its size class..

PTH542 | 54m Socage TJJ54

For major construction and infrastructure work, the PTH542 brings 54m of working height, 40m of horizontal outreach and a 600kg basket. It also carries a 1,500kg winch, giving your crew the ability to lift materials as well as elevated access. This unit is wet hire only and suits large-scale projects that require height and lifting capability.

Wet or Dry EWP Hire for Construction

Different projects call for different hire arrangements. If your job is at a working height of 20m or under and you have a licensed operator on your team, then dry hire is an option. Jobs above 20 metres or more complex ones requiring an experienced hand will need wet hire.

Wet Hire

With wet hire, Performance Tower Hire supplies the EWP and an experienced operator. It's useful for short-term or specialist access work and projects where you don’t have the licnsed team member or the necessary manpower to operate the EWP.

Our higher-reach machines (above 20m) are only supplied as wet hire.

Dry Hire

Have an appropriately licensed and experienced operator on your construction crew? Dry hire gives you control of the machine for the agreed hire period, provided its 20m or under.

It's a practical option for longer projects where your team will need elevated access every day.

Working Where Larger Equipment Can't

Construction sites can get crowded quickly. Buildings, scaffolding, temporary fencing, stored materials and other equipment can all restrict where a truck-mounted EWP can be positioned.

Where truck access isn't practical, a spider lift can give you another way to reach the work area.

Yes. Dry hire is available on selected machines up to 20m for customers with appropriately licensed and experienced operators. Our larger machines are supplied with an operator.

Yes. Performance Tower Hire offers wet hire with skilled operators across our fleet. This is particularly useful for larger machines, specialist access work or jobs where you don't have an EWP operator available.
