Safety and Compliance on Every Hire

Every machine that leaves our yard is serviced, inspected, and compliance-ready. That's how we've operated since 2015 and it's non-negotiable. Cherry picker safety is at the core of everything we do at Performance Tower Hire.

Under Queensland's Work Health and Safety Regulation, any EWP over 11m is classified as high-risk work. That means the operator needs a current High Risk Work Licence with a WP class endorsement before they touch the controls. We check this on every dry hire, no exceptions. If your team isn't licensed, wet hire is the straightforward solution. We supply a qualified and experienced operator with the machine to help you get the job done.

If your operators are licensed but it's been a while between machines, we can run them through the controls and safe operating procedures before they take the unit on site. It’ll only take 20 minutes and could save you hours of time in the air

Our Wet Hire Option - Operator Included

cherry picker reach

Not everyone wants to operate the cherry lift they have hired. If you’d rather have a pro handle the lift while you focus on the actual work, we can supply one of our fully licensed operator-drivers for the whole project. They’ll show up with the machine, handle the controls safely and efficiently. It's a stress-free way for you to get the job done fast.

No more worrying about licenses, checks or extra training. Just tell us you’d like an operator when you book and we’ll lock in your wet hire. Please note that any cherry picker with over 20m of working height isn't available for dry hire - it has to come with one of our operators.
